Mike O’ Rourke became involved in thoroughbred racing at an early age. A long time resident of the San Gabriel Valley, he became a regular in the infield at Santa Anita on most weekends, while in his teens. He formed his first partnership with some friends from high school while in his early twenties.

Before joining Class Racing Stable in 1998, Mike spent the majority of his work life with a Fortune 500 company. He brings to Class Racing Stable over thirty years of business management experience. His background includes leadership responsibilities for Sales, Training, Customer Service, Human Resources and Operation Management.

Mike currently resides in Cave Creek, Arizona with his wife Patty. He oversees our racing interests there. He also commutes and serves Class Racing Stable in the capacity of Chief Financial Officer. His personal goals for Class Racing Stable are to achieve and maintain the highest level of integrity in the industry; have optimum two way communications with our partners; have a viable and successful business while providing a lot of fun for our partners and ourselves.

Angelo has been involved in thoroughbred racing for over 25 years, and has experience as an owner as well as an enthusiast of this great sport. He has developed a keen sense of handicapping and his own formula for finding good claims for the Class Racing Partners.

Angelo has been an active and productive member of Class Racing Stable’s support staff since the company was formed back in the 1990’s. Angelo manages many of the day-to-day operations in the office for Class Racing, and enjoys a variety of customer service responsibilities.

A business background with many years in management has helped make Angelo a useful resource for both Class Racing Stable and it’s partners. His insight, organization and enthusiasm are a great asset to the Class Racing family.
